From November 9-11, 2024, Department Commander Chris Hamrick toured several posts within the 13th District. Although the visit was informal, he engaged with attendees and addressed their questions. Each post extended a warm welcome to him. The highlight of the visit was Post 303 in Bonita Springs, which celebrated its "Grand Reopening Party" following a prolonged struggle to recover from the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian.
